1. Subject

You are accessing non-public materials of Tasting And Toasting Inc. about the CAP (Certified Authenticity Passport) platform: prototypes, design, architecture, business model and related data ("Materials").

2. Purpose

The Materials are provided solely for review and evaluation. Any other use is prohibited.

3. Obligations

Not disclose the Materials to third parties without written consent.
Not copy, publish, or take screenshots for distribution.
Not use the Materials to build a competing product, and not reverse-engineer them.
On request, stop using and delete all copies.

4. No warranty

The Materials are provided "as is", are preliminary and may change. They are not an offer, a promise of functionality, or a confirmation of licenses.

5. Term and law

Confidentiality obligations last 3 years from the date of confirmation. Governing law and jurisdiction by separate agreement of the Parties (default: State of Delaware, USA / Tasting And Toasting SL, Spain).

6. Confirmation
